MARTELL VANGUARD SERIES ST. LOUIS LAUNCH – BY BFREESTLOUIS & THE ESPIONAGE GROUP

Utilizing a proprietary mix of text, social media & email promotional channels the promotion & brand management teams of bfreestlouis.com and The Espionage Group executed a 5 business day event promotional campaign for Octagon Lifestyle Marketing company & Martell Cognac, USA. This event campaign was designed to reintroduce Martell VSOP products into the St. Louis market via a sponsored tasting event titled, “The Vanguard Series – St. Louis”. This event featured complementary admission, Martell VSOP cocktails as well as complementary hor d’ oeuvres and Celebrity Guest &  DJ Questlove.

 

The target demographics were male and female African American consumers between the ages of 21 and 35. The target attendee RSVP goal was set by the client at 800 guests. The attrition was also set by the client at 40% of the target attendee RSVP goal, leaving our brand management and promotional team a goal of 300 guests.

In approximately 5 business days our teams exceeded all targeted goals, providing an increase in attendee RSVP estimates from 800 to 1000 guests at a rate of increase of 133%.
